Job Description
1. Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project objectives.
3. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
4. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
6. Prepare and present project reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
8. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve optimal performance and successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:
9. A strong background in project management within the construction industry.
10. Ground up commercial construction experience including municipal, light industrial, healthcare, k12, education, and retail.
11. Structural concrete experience in the ground up commercial construction space.
12. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
13. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
14. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
15. A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
