Our vision for Peripheral Intervention at BD Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance. About the role As Area Business Manager you will work directly with healthcare teams to introduce technologies that support cancer care, complex conditions and patient comfort. The role sits within BD's Peripheral Intervention business, which develops advanced products for vascular disease, cancer diagnostics and renal care. This field-based role covers Southwest England and Wales, including Worcester and Portsmouth. Main responsibilities will include: Building strong, supportive relationships with clinical teams by recognising their aims and service needs Developing detailed territory plans that promote sustainable growth Managing accounts to ensure smooth delivery of education, training and value-based programmes Coordinating product evaluations, trials and in-service activities with Clinical Consultants when needed Working closely with Sales, Clinical and Marketing colleagues to identify and progress opportunities Monitoring performance and ensuring achievement of agreed standards Positioning BD solutions clearly and responsibly across oncology, interventional radiology, palliative care, thoracic surgery and related areas Representing the portfolio with accuracy, care and a focus on positive clinical outcomes About you Degree-level education or equivalent experience in medical devices.
