SEN Teaching Assistant – Year 4 (Medical Needs Support) Are you a calm, attentive and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking for a truly meaningful role? A friendly and inclusive primary setting in Harrow is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide full-time 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with medical needs starting in January. The pupil is working at Year 3 level, is fully class-based, and presents no behavioural challenges. They are a pleasure to work with and enjoy being part of the school community. The key aspect of this role is supporting a child with Brittle Bone Disease, a rare condition that causes bones to fracture very easily. This means the successful candidate must be highly vigilant, proactive and safety-focused, ensuring the pupil can access learning confidently and securely throughout the school day.
