About the role
Ready to make a real impact on Rochdale’s roads?
As a Technical Support Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our Network Management team, helping keep traffic flowing and communities safe.
From processing permits and Traffic Regulation Orders to creating road marking and signage schemes, every day brings variety and purpose. If you love detail and want a role that matters, this is for you!
About you
We’re looking for someone proactive, organised and great at problem solving.
You’ll have strong IT skills, a knack for prioritising tasks and the confidence to communicate clearly with colleagues and the public. Knowledge of highways legislation is a bonus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
A full UK driving license is essential, because sometimes you’ll be out and about making things happen.
