Customer Demand Planner
£42,000 - £48,000 + Benefits | Surrey | Hybrid
We’re working with a global business looking to hire a Customer Demand Planner to have full end to end responsibility for the Customer forecast, ensuring optimal Customer Service & minimal waste through a collaborative relationship with the Customer & the Commercial teams.
This role sits between supply chain and commercial teams, playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Build and manage customer forecasts (short, medium, long term)
* Act as the main contact for any supply or service issues
* Monitor sales, orders, stock levels and performance data
* Work closely with commercial teams on forecasts and promotions
* Support new product launches and product phase-outs
* Help reduce waste and improve overall efficiency
* Work with internal teams to manage stock and priorities
Requirements
* 2+ Years in FMCG Supply Chain Experience
* Experience working with Grocers
* Experience in analytical planning and customer-facing experience
* Strong data and Excel skills
* Good communication and stakeholder skills
