About the Job To work with students in the work place and to liaise with employers To offer high quality, personalised support for learners with disabilities and/or other disadvantages which enables learners to seek, access and retain employment experiences with the longterm view of accessing paid employment and/or increased independence. Provide impartial advice and create opportunities for learners to meet services and enable them to make informed decisions and choices related to work related activities. To develop and nurture employability skills of learners. About You L2 English and Maths Significant successful experience working with students with learning difficulties/disabilities in a work experience/supported employment setting Ability to plan and coordinate the administration of work placement procurement.
