Job Description
A Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities to ensure the successful completion of a project. This involves coordinating contractors, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of PV systems, civil works, and electrical installations. The Site Operations Specialist will liaise with project stakeholders, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance to environmental and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily construction activities, schedules, and resource management.
* Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and ensure compliance with project designs, specifications, and regulations.
* Enforce safety standards, conduct briefings, and manage environmental compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Project & Site Management: Planning, scheduling, progress tracking, procurement, logistics, and contract management.
* Technical Expertise: Civil, electrical, and mechanical aspects of PV power plants, including HV/MV infrastructure, grid interconnection, and compliance with electrical/building codes.
* Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensuring HSE standards, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements.
* Communication & Leadership: Managing stakeholders, organizing complex projects, and maintaining a systematic approach.
