Job Description
* Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites (hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, nursing homes).
* Assign tasks to cleaners and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
* Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods and safety procedures.
* Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of workers.
* Report issues, damages, or manpower problems to management.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are properly used and maintained.
* Liaise with clients and site managers when necessary.
Job Requirements
* Previous experience in cleaning or supervisory role is preferred.
* Able to lead and manage a team of cleaners.
* Responsible, proactive, and good communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure and manage multiple sites if required.
* Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and cleaning standards.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if needed.
* Able to write simple reports (attendance, site updates).
