I am urgently seeking an experienced Head of HR Transformation for my London-based, higher Education client. The role will be initially for 12 months and will report to the Chief People Officer. Depending on experience, the salary will range from £62,728 to £74,866 per year on a fixed-term contract. The ideal start date is by 1st June 2025.
Your role will involve direct line management of a team of Senior HR Change Managers and the wider HR Change team, (possibly up to 9 members), to support various institutional change initiatives. This is a pivotal leadership role within the University, driving employee relations initiatives and spearheading HR Change and Transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience managing and overseeing senior HR Change Managers.
2. Experience leading large-scale Transformation and Change projects within a public sector organization (University, NHS, Local Government), including dealing with Trade Unions.
