Here's what you’ll be doing: Lead the Way — Oversee our transport operation, fostering a high performing culture, and promoting a strong dedication to Health & Safety practices and compliance. Empowerment — Lead, develop, and inspire a multiskilled transport team, maintaining a can-do attitude across the team. Budget Mastery — Take charge of the Transport budget, balancing cost efficiency with top-tier service delivery. Performance Excellence — Design and deliver clear KPIs that drive productivity and efficiency. Identify opportunities to refine and improve performance across the team. Fleet Optimisation — Review fleet requirements proactively to maximise service and effective transport use. Operational Transformation — Drive change, implement best practices, and ensure consistent, high-quality transport processes. Compliance Champion — Ensure every driver meets regulations, keeping our operation safe, legal, and reliable. Basic knowledge of risk assessment/H&S principles. Class 2 HGV licence (desirable) NEBOSH, IOSH or other safety management qualification (desirable) Competent in technology, systems and databases (desirable). Good leadership and organisation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable lifting, moving and carrying items up to approx. 25kg Reach/Counterbalance FLT Licence (desirable) Please ensure you are happy with the commute before applying.
