People Solutions are recruiting Class 1 Day Drivers for our well-established client based in Huddersfield.
You must undergo a DBS check for this role.
This role could become permanent for the right candidate.
* Site parking
* Weekly pay

Rates of pay
* Monday to Friday £17.00 per hour
* Saturday and Sunday £25.50 per hour
Day to Day Duties
* Drive a Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently
* Make on time deliveries and collections
* Ensure trailer is strapped correctly
* Must be prepared for various shift lengths
* Ensure vehicle is well presented
* Comply with driving rules and regulations
* Heavy lifting involved
* Hold a valid UK Category CE Driving Licence
* Hold a valid UK CPC Card
* Hold a valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
* Have a minimum of two years' experience driving Class 1 vehicles
* No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
* Positive 'can do' attitude
* Must undergo a DBS check for this role
* Must be reasonably physically fit, as heavy lifting involved
* Experience covering general haulage is desirable but not essential
Training
* Drivers may be required to undergo a driving assessment to accepted for this role
* Industry related training and support provided throughout
