We are seeking an Account Director to lead the planning and execution of advertising and communication campaigns for our client.
Summary
An Account Director manages the entire process of campaign development, coordinating with marketing, creative, production, strategy, finance, and external partners from brief to delivery.
* Strong campaign management skills, with experience overseeing multiple projects from start to finish.
* Understanding of strategic objectives and their contribution to brand growth.
* Experience in managing integrated 360 campaigns across various media formats.
* Ability to manage all deliverables associated with integrated advertising campaigns.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in stakeholder presentations.
* Financial acumen and rigor in account management.
* Experience working in dynamic environments with multi-stakeholder marketing teams, including pan-market experience is advantageous.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Write status reports and verify work against briefs.
* Coordinate with marketing to define project briefs and involve appropriate stakeholders.
* Organize internal briefing sessions and collaborate with strategy teams.
* Partner with Creative Directors and Executive Producers to deliver high-quality creative work.
* Manage resources, project plans, and budgets to meet project goals.
* Communicate project progress, resolve issues, and manage client expectations.
* Lead client presentations at all project stages and gather feedback.
* Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
* Monitor project progression and address any delays or issues.
* Escalate significant issues to senior management and facilitate their resolution.
* Maintain financial oversight, including monthly reporting and budget tracking.
* Plan future projects and communicate priorities and delays to stakeholders.
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors and production companies.
