Job Description

Legal Secretary – Corporate & Commercial Are you an experienced Legal Secretary or administrative professional with a keen interest in corporate and commercial law? This is your opportunity to join a respected and growing law firm offering a supportive and flexible work environment.

What You’ll Do:Join a busy Corporate & Commercial team, where you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. Responsibilities include:

* Preparing legal documents, correspondence and emails from dictation or draft
* Client onboarding and file opening
* Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments
* Handling client calls and correspondence with professionalism
* Formatting and editing legal documents, including cross-referencing
* Invoicing and liaising with the accounts team on billing matters
* Managing digital filing, archiving and case records

What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Secretary with:

* Previous legal secretarial experience (corporate law preferred, but not essential)
* Strong typing and digital dictation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with case management systems or CRM software (desirable)
* Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
* A professional, client-focused approach and team spirit
