As the Assistant Site Manager you will be working with an experienced Project Manager
Duties,
1. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support in the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale traditional build scheme.
2. Depending on experience will be looking after external or internal packages
3. Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
4. Tool-box talks
5. Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
6. Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
7. Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
8. Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process
9. Ensuring the development pass internal and external inspection processes
10. Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
11. Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
12. Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractors
13. NHBC stage inspections
14. Customer Care/Handovers/CMLS
Qualifications,
15. New build experience
16. Extensive traditional build knowledge
17. Worked as an Assistant Site Manager working as part of a full production team
18. Experience of being part of a NHBC/LABC Award winning team would be an advantage
19. Working as part of a full production team
20. CSCS, First Aid, Scaffold awareness
