Ecommerce Operations Manager Overview
There is a very exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to join their dynamic team within a large well-known retailer.
The Ecommerce Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all ecommerce platforms, reporting into the Head of Digital.
Ecommerce Operations Manager Responsibilities
1. Working closely with the wider Digital team and liaise with other teams internally as well as external partners.
2. Managing the running of all ecommerce platforms.
3. Oversee web development plans
4. Produce performance reports and present these to the wider business
5. Manage software integrations, including PIM (and PIM workflows), CRM databases and audience segmentation.
6. Identify areas for improvement – including on UX and CRO techniques.
7. Budget management
8. Provide technical assistance to Store Managers.
Ecommerce Operations Manager Skills
9. Excellent analytical skills
10. Knowledge of SaaS platforms (PIM, CRM and ESP)
11. Ability to interpret technical information into an easier format.
