Job Title: Residential Childcare Practitioner
Location: Burford, Oxfordshire (West), United Kingdom
Salary: £34,084 - £40,252 per annum (Inclusive of Sleeps & bonus')
Working Hour: Full-time
Number of Sleeps Required: Up to 4 sleep-ins per month
Pay Per Sleep: £80 per sleep
Service: Children’s Homes
Service Users: Young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Our client, a leading provider of special education and care in the UK, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Workers for their Home. They are looking for individuals with a 'can do' attitude, genuine care for young people, resilience in challenging situations, a full UK driving licence, and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
