Business Change & Transformation Manager

Robert Half are working with a leading professional services and consulting organisation, is seeking a Business Change & Transformation Manager to join its growing transformation practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded consultant who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery expertise and enjoys leading teams through complex change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the delivery of business change and transformation engagements from initiation through to implementation.
2. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business objectives, operating challenges, risks, and transformation opportunities.
3. Manage project teams and client resources to ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets.
4. Analyse and document current-state operating models, business processes, and organisational structures.
5. Identify operational inefficiencies, business risks, governance gaps, and opportunities for optimisation and transformation.
6. Lead the design of future-state operating models across people, process, technology, data, and governance.
7. Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and business change strategies.
8. Oversee project governance, programme management, reporting, and delivery controls.
9. Produce and review high-quality client deliverables, including business cases, transformation strategies, reports, presentations, and recommendations.
10. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a key point of contact throughout engagements.
11. Support organisational change initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
12. Proven consulting experience delivering business change, transformation, operational improvement, or programme delivery initiatives across multiple sectors.
13. Strong experience managing end-to-end transformation projects and programmes, with responsibility for delivery, stakeholder management, and client outcomes.
14. Experience designing and delivering operating model transformation, process improvement, organisational redesign, digital transformation, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
15. Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and operate as a trusted advisor.
16. Strong leadership experience, including managing teams, overseeing delivery, and mentoring junior consultants.
17. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
18. Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Desirable
19. Professional certification in Project Management, Change Management, Agile, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar methodologies.
20. Experience supporting business development activities, proposal creation, and practice growth initiatives.
