The Registered Manager Role Overview:
Cureyoursearch are proud to be representing a fabulous family-run organisation to recruit an experienced and proven Registered Manager to oversee a small residential care service for adults with learning disabilities.
The Registered Manager candidate will be extremely passionate about person centred care, managing the day to day running of a high quality, homely and purpose-built residential care home.
This is a fantastic residential home with high standards and Good CQC ratings.
The Registered Manager Candidate:
- Experienced Manager in Learning Disability and Residential
- Excellent CQC knowledge
- NVQ Level 5 ideally
- Must be passionate about person centred care
- Excellent communication skills
The Registered Manager Package:
- Salary £33,000 plus bonus

The Registered Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stages.
Stage one – Informal with Regional Manager
Stage two – Face to face interview on-site
