The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for driving the forecasting and business planning process, and accelerating deployment and adoption of new techniques, & processes to better the Channel business analysis and decision making..
The Sales Operations Analyst will be part of a Global team and will be reporting to the Channel Sales Operations Director. This team is relied on by the Cadence Channel Sales and Channel Program organizations for sales support and analytics. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Finance will be critical. Our overall objective as part of the Sales organization is to increase channel partner productivity, improve efficiencies of Partner Programs, and enable our sales team to continue the adoption of Partners in their overall GTM approach.
Responsibilities
1. Overall business and forecast reporting, analysis, and insights
2. Play a key role within organizational programs and initiatives to improve sales and channel program processes
3. Partner with Sales Leadership, Business Unit leaders and Marketing to deliver useful insights on channel performance which guides and informs future decision making
4. Provide rapid response to critical needs and asks from the business and leadership to ensure success.
5. Engage and work with Global Operations teams and lines of business to more effectively provide data needs and analysis results for channels
6. Develop, deploy and maintain a dashboard with key metrics and analysis
