About Trade Mastermind
Trade Mastermind is on a mission to empower tradespeople to build and scale 7‑figure businesses. We don’t operate like a typical training company — we move fast, challenge convention, and focus on creating real, measurable results. Our team is committed to building a world‑class ecosystem that transforms the lives and businesses of our clients, and we are growing rapidly across multiple divisions.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operational Process Analyst to join our fast‑scaling team. In this role, you will work closely with our CI Ops Manager to bring clarity, structure, and consistency to an evolving operational landscape. You will be responsible for mapping and refining processes across the business, translating ideas into clear and actionable requirements, and developing high‑quality documentation that supports our growth. As part of your responsibilities, you will shape Standard Operating Procedures, produce training materials that strengthen team capability, and bring structure to areas that are scaling quickly. You will work confidently in a dynamic environment and use tools such as Microsoft Visio, Word, and PowerPoint to create documentation that drives alignment and operational clarity.
About You
You will excel in this position if you have a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail. You enjoy bringing order to complexity and have a natural ability to convert ambiguous ideas into structured, streamlined processes. You thrive in environments where growth and change are constant and take pride in building systems that help teams operate more effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring hands‑on experience in process mapping and operational improvement. While professional qualifications are beneficial, they are not essential; what matters most is your capability, your structured approach to problem‑solving, and your desire to grow alongside the business.
Why Join Us?
Joining Trade Mastermind means becoming part of a transformative journey at a crucial stage in our expansion. You will have the autonomy to shape how we operate, influence future processes, and support the organisation as it scales. You will also benefit from a competitive salary, clear career progression opportunities, and access to excellent on‑site facilities including a fully equipped gym and a modern café. Our culture is energetic and collaborative, with frequent opportunities to be part of company events that celebrate success, innovation, and community. This is a role where your work will have real impact and where your professional development will be actively supported
