Procurement/Production Administrative Support Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate procurement records including purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
* Support Supplier onboarding, documentation, and approval processes.
* Assist with maintenance/service contract administration and renewal tracking.
* Assist with equipment calibration administration and renewal tracking.
* Managing Raw Material Specifications for incoming goods going to GMP & none-GMP areas.
* Processing deliveries through goods in adhering to strict GMP procedures.
* Ensuring that supplier documentation is up-to-date and requesting updated documentation if required.
* Maintaining Approved Supplier List
* Conducting Supplier reviews.
* Provide Cover support when Purchasing & Office Manager is out of the office by dealing with internal purchasing requests, requesting quotations from Suppliers and generating internal purchase orders.
* Collaborating with/Communicating to multiple departments including: Analytics, R&D, Production, Engineering, Accounts, Quality & Growing.
* Conducting/Assisting with collaboration of monthly & annual stock takes.
* Updating Quality Documents
* Possible Trade Show/Exhibition Visits
* General background support administration
Desirable Experience And Skills
* Experience Of Sage Accounts Software.
* Experience Of ERP system
* Experience in working in compliance with quality regulations, ideally GMP.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
* Willingness to learn and contribute to the development of new procedures
* Driving License & Own Transport (Due to location of site and lack of public transport).
* Experience of working in a procurement/quality environment.
Essential Experience And Skills
· Strong Work Ethic
· Experience of Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel etc)
· Some Experience of working with different software packages E.G: Quality, SAP, LIMS
* Good Literacy & Numeracy Skills
* Keen Eye For Detail
* Experience Of Working in an office.
Part Time or Full Time Role available. (Flexible Working Hours)
Office Based.
Weekday Working Only.

Salary@ £28,500.00-£29,000.00 Depending On Experience
