This is a fixed term post (up to 12 months), covering maternity leave. The post holder is required to:
* Provide clinical expertise across board area of community paediatrics
* Participate in the development of the service model, supporting colleagues in the establishment of a Multi-Disciplinary Service including Pathway Development
* Provide liaison work at all levels with other health staff and community agencies working with children, adolescents and their families
* Provide clinical care located where necessary – for instance clinics based in Special Schools and other community location
* Work closely with colleagues in Education, Local Authoriy and third sector in the delivery of services for children and young people with complex disorders.
* Work within the team to ensure robust outcome measures
* Work closely with all agencies involved in child care and observe the local safeguarding procedures
