In this role, you will ensure that all new highways, footpaths, and drainage works delivered under Section 38 agreements comply with regulatory standards, contractual requirements, and quality benchmarks. Your expertise will help safeguard the safety, accessibility, and long-term durability of Manchester's public highways and infrastructure. The main duties of the experienced Section 38 Clerk of Works are: Act as the council's representative on Section 38 highway adoption projects, ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements.
