IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line, M365) Great opportunity for a first or second job in IT! We’re looking for a confident and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who wants to build hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and develop their technical skills in a supportive environment. You’ll be supporting users across the business, so strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with people are essential. This is a full time office based position. What you’ll be doing Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support (helpdesk, phone, email, in person) Supporting Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) Setting up users, devices and access for starters and leavers Troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues Monitoring systems and escalating issues where needed Supporting IT projects and system improvements What we’re looking for Around 1 year’s experience in an IT support role (or strong internship/placement) A-levels (or equivalent) as a minimum (IT-related subjects desirable) Confident communicator – not afraid to speak to users and build relationships Friendly, approachable and customer-focused Keen to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and IT support fundamentals What you’ll get Ongoing training, mentoring and support from an experienced team Exposure to Microsoft 365 and modern IT environments A great opportunity to grow your IT career Hands-on experience across support, cloud and projects About Us Faithorn Farrell Timms is an award-winning multi-disciplinary Building Surveying practice, recognised for excellence in the social housing and wider public sectors.
