Title: Salesforce Field Service Senior Consultant - £60,000-£80,000

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing Salesforce consultancy, who is looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Senior Consultant to lead the delivery of complex Salesforce Field Service solutions across a range of customer projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce expert who enjoys working closely with clients, taking ownership of discovery and solution design, and acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

This role is offered on a remote basis, with occasional travel to client sites if required.

The Role

As Salesforce Field Service Senior Consultant, you will lead client engagement, functional design, and delivery activities across Salesforce programmes. You will be responsible for understanding business challenges, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

Working alongside Architects, Developers, and Project Managers, you will play a key role in shaping solutions, managing stakeholders, and ensuring Salesforce Field Service implementations deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities.
• Translate business processes and challenges into clear Salesforce solutions.
• Create structured user stories and functional documentation.
• Design scalable solutions across Salesforce Field Service and wider Salesforce clouds.
• Define data models, automation requirements, and reporting solutions.
• Work closely with Technical Architects on complex solution designs.
• Champion a standard Salesforce-first approach before custom development.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Manage expectations around scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
• Support sprint planning, backlog management, UAT, and delivery governance.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support commercial conversations, including change control and scope management.
• Ensure documentation and delivery standards are maintained.

Skills and Experience Required

• Demonstrable hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Consultant.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise customers.
• Experience managing scope, expectations, and delivery priorities.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting, and best practices.
• Experience working within a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Ability to provide clear examples of successful Salesforce delivery projects.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities and emerging platform features.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cloud or additional Salesforce industry solutions.
• Understanding of integration concepts and data flows.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants or supporting practice development.
