Senior Quantity Surveyor – Water Sector
I’m working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support their growing portfolio of water infrastructure projects across the North Wales region.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering major work across long-term frameworks, with strong pipelines secured into the future.
The Role:
* Leading commercial activities across water/utilities projects
* Managing budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
* Overseeing procurement & subcontractor management
* Handling variations, risk, and contract administration (NEC/JCT)
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members

* Proven experience as a Senior QS within a main contractor
* Background in water, utilities, or infrastructure projects
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
