Key Responsibilities Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within the permanent social care sector. Source, screen, and place qualified Social Care professionals with care providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client base. Maintain accurate records of candidates and placements in the CRM. Achieve individual and team targets and contribute to divisional goals. Requirements Experience in social care or healthcare recruitment preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially minded, target-driven, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Based in or commutable to Manchester.
