The Role
As a Property Consultant, you will be the face of Villager Homes—developing new opportunities, guiding clients through their property journey, and ensuring our renowned standard of service is delivered at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
* Generating new business opportunities across the local property market.
* Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients.
* Managing and matching applicants with suitable properties using our advanced systems.
* Organising and conducting professional property viewings.
* Negotiating offers between clients and buyers, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties.
* Responding to enquiries promptly, always delivering a polished and professional service.
