About Drive
Drive is a not‑for‑profit social care organisation that supports people to live the life that matters to them. We believe in compassion, inclusion and empowerment — for the people we support and for our colleagues. Our teams work in a friendly, positive environment where learning is encouraged and everyone’s contribution genuinely matters.
The Opportunity
Are you passionate about people, learning and making a positive impact?
Drive is offering a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in HR and People Development. As our HR & Learning Administration Apprentice, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and employee support — all while completing a fully funded Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
You’ll be part of a supportive HR Team, learning real HR and training processes and developing the confidence and skills to grow your career.
👉 Perfect for someone who:
1. Enjoys helping people
2. Loves organising and supporting events
3. Has great attention to detail
4. Wants a career in HR, learning or wellbeing
Interested in other areas too?
We are also offering a second apprenticeship pathway focused on Customer Service, Central Admin and Health & Safety support.
If you feel your interests span both pathways, we’re happy to explore what a blended role could look like — just mention this when applying.
