We are expanding and looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support multiple engineering teams working on sophisticated Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) technologies.

Your Mission
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will guide several cross-functional teams developing radar payloads, signal processing, data pipelines, and mission systems. You will drive agile delivery, foster collaboration, and champion continuous improvement across a hardware + software engineering ecosystem.
🔧 What You’ll Do
* Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead efficient, goal-oriented ceremonies adapted to R&D-heavy engineering contexts.
* Support Product Ownership: Partner closely with Product Owners to maximise backlog value and navigate technical complexity.
* Champion Agile Ways of Working: Promote strong Scrum principles across multidisciplinary deep‑tech teams.
* Remove Impediments: Help teams overcome blockers related to hardware, software, integration, and external dependencies.
* Enable High-Performance Teams: Bring together radar engineers, software developers, data scientists, and systems engineers to achieve aligned outcomes.
* Drive Transparency & Metrics: Use agile artefacts and performance data to enhance predictability and quality.
* Lead Continuous Improvement: Guide teams through retrospectives and organisational evolution initiatives.
* Mentor & Build Community: Coach other Scrum Masters and contribute to the internal Agile Community of Practice.
Requirements
* 3+ years as a Scrum Master, ideally in deep‑tech or mixed hardware/software environments.
* You MUST be SC Cleared
* Strong understanding of agile delivery in R&D‑centric and systems engineering settings.
* Experience dealing with complex dependencies, long feedback cycles, and regulated workflows.
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
* Exposure to scaling frameworks (Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus.
* Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
* Relevant Scrum or Agile certifications are valued.
