The Role of Domestic Field Service Engineer
* This is a home / field based role. The successful Domestic Field Service Engineer will be responsible for completing warranty and chargeable repairs / breakdowns.
* You will attend domestic appointments and be responsible for fault finding and carrying out repairs on boilers.
* Being customer facing, the Domestic Service Engineer will ensure the highest quality customer service.
* You will also be responsible for maintaining records of performance reports and supporting the sales team where possible.

* Able to demonstrate technical expertise gained through industry experience
* Have a high attention to detail
* Have a confident and adaptable work style
* Have excellent communication skills
* Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients
