We’re looking for a Billing Recruitment Manager to drive growth in our London Wealth Management division. You’ll lead from the front, setting the pace with your own performance while mentoring and developing consultants around you. The Role
You’ll be responsible for building and running a London-based recruitment team, covering permanent hires across the Wealth Management market. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining billing excellence with strategic team growth. You’ll:
* Lead from the front – actively winning and delivering on client mandates
* Hire, train, and inspire a successful recruitment team in London
* Drive business development and market penetration
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships with leading wealth firms
* Implement performance strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets
You will be someone who:
* Has proven recruitment billing experience (ideally in Financial Services/Wealth, but open to other professional sectors)
* Has managed and grown a recruitment team before
* Is a business development go-getter – confident in opening doors and building long-term client relationships
* Possesses a track record of smashing targets and driving revenue
* Is strategic, commercially minded, and passionate about developing people
