About the role
Your role is to provide efficient, accurate, and high-quality HR administrative support. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth people processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR operations to enhance the colleague experience, ensuring we remain compliant at all times.

What will you be doing?
* Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR)
* Prepare and process HR documents, including contracts, offer letters, reference requests, & onboarding benefit paperwork in a timley manner to support the payroll timeframes
* Respond to internal and external HR related enquires or requests and provide assistance
* Maintain accurate HR records liaising with payroll where relevant to ensure pay is accurate
* Understand how site information feeds into HR to support improvements and efficiencies
* Support the administration of company benefits, including employee enrolments, queries, and updates

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:
* Strong administrative experience, ideally within Human Resources or People Services (though HR & People Services is desirable, not essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle colleague information with confidentiality
* Great organisational and time management skills
* Confident IT skills, including MS Excel, and a high level of numeracy
* A basic understanding of employment law, HR policies and GDPR — helpful but not essential, as training will be provided
