Finance Transformation Manager role at AerFin. Full-time – Permanent. Salary: Competitive, based on experience. Location: Crawley or Newport (Hybrid).

About The Role
We are modernising our finance function by optimising our current ERP and ledger systems in the short term, while exploring the implementation of a new, cutting‑edge ERP solution in the longer term. We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to lead this transformation, driving process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and shaping the future of our financial operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the redesign and optimisation of finance processes within our legacy system, preparing us for a streamlined, future-ready operating model.
* Spearhead the successful implementation of a new ERP system – from defining requirements to data migration and configuration.
* Develop and design interactive Power BI dashboards to automate reporting, track key financial and operational metrics, and embed analytics into finance workflows.
* Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment on transformation goals and technical needs.
* Manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
* Drive adoption of new systems and processes through effective change management, communication, and training.
* Enhance financial performance with advanced modelling, scenario planning, and improved reporting tools.
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical finance expertise.
* Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or ERP system implementation in complex environments.
* Hands-on ERP project experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) including requirements gathering, data migration, and user training.
* Strong knowledge of financial processes: reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls.
* Proficiency in Power BI and Power Query, with the ability to design interactive dashboards and automate data transformation processes.
* Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Experience transitioning from legacy finance systems to modern ERP platforms desirable.
