The role of the Technical Project Manager is to be a leader within the Operations Department. He/she is the strongest technical figurehead within the team. He/she manages and strengthens the delivery of all projects within the business and executes the company's core values at all times.
Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm, full-time on-site.

Their team includes design consultants, engineers, AV project managers, programmers, and technicians dedicated to providing the best audio-visual solutions across the UK. They collaborate with well-known brands to enhance customer experiences and innovate in how people work and communicate.
The Team:
The Operations Department manages online deliveries, service contracts with premier customers, and the execution of projects from site surveys to installations, utilizing both in-house and subcontracted engineers.
Must Haves:
* Solution Design and Technical Checks
* High technical understanding of all company products and services
* Attend supplier and vendor training to stay updated on technology and products
* Obtain manufacturer certifications to enhance company standing
* Identify knowledge gaps and work with management to address them
* Manage projects with administrative support, ensuring excellent customer service, quality, and margin protection
* Handle approximately 30 projects per month, including large projects exceeding 100k
* Ensure service contract standards and SLAs are met, with proper logging
* Manage in-house and external engineers, including insurances, vehicles, and PPE
* Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of products, services, and business processes
* Manage project margins and budgets
* Ensure quality of equipment, cables, quotes, and engineer adherence to standards
* Organize and deliver projects alongside administrative staff
* Prepare technical specifications, cable schedules, and drawings as required
* Keep R&M and training up to date
* Manage service contracts proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
