About the Role: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will lead small groups, cover whole-class teaching when required, work closely with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality learning activities, and support pupils' academic and emotional development. You will also collaborate with support staff, including Trainee Teaching Assistants, helping to model best practice and contribute to a positive, nurturing learning culture throughout the school.
