Job Title: Area Sales Manager Contract Kitchens
Industry Sector: KBB, Contract Kitchens, Regional and National Housebuilders, Private Developers and Builders
Location: South of Birmingham to North of London, UK (based in the South)
Remuneration: £35,000 Neg. + commission
Benefits: Fully expensed Hybrid car or EV & Benefits
Role Overview: Field sales position selling contract kitchens to housebuilders and developers. 50% new business development, 50% account management of 20-30 customers. Projects from 25-500 plots (£60,000-£5m+). Typically 3-4 days on the road, with visits to show plots and decision makers. Attending 3 days of training in Europe.
Candidate Profile:
2+ years kitchen sales experience
Experience in field sales or kitchen design wanting to move into field sales
Strong on the phone and face-to-face sales skills
Charismatic, professional, confident
IT literate, organized, well presented
Career-oriented
