We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement manager to join us in a new role in our Central Business Operations function. This is an opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to shape supplier strategy, influence business performance, and help build procurement capability. Reporting directly to the Head of Central Business Operations, you will lead procurement activity across a broad range of indirect spend categories, including IT, Facilities Management, Marketing, Logistics and Professional Services. Working closely with teams across the UK, North America and Asia, you will ensure procurement activities are always aligned to our wider business priorities while delivering sustainable commercial value, strong governance and long-term supplier partnerships. This role requires someone who can operate strategically whilst remaining close to all things procurement. You will lead complex commercial negotiations, develop category strategies, strengthen supplier governance, and support the continued evolution of procurement systems, processes and reporting. Success in this role is about much more than achieving savings targets. It is about working in line with our values, being honest in all your dealings with people, building credibility, strengthening supplier performance and helping procurement become a trusted business partner across GW. You will bring a balance of commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and strong relationship management, alongside the ability to influence and challenge constructively at a senior level. We are looking for someone with significant experience in strategic sourcing and category management across indirect or GNFR spend, together with strong commercial negotiation and contract management expertise. You should be comfortable working with data, financial models and procurement analytics to support decision making and deliver measurable value. Experience of supplier relationship management, governance, risk management and procurement systems is essential, as is the ability to lead change and develop your team of four staff.
