Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic physiotherapist with strong skill set in Womens Health and MSK Physiotherapist to join our clients friendly expert multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse and challenging role within private practice, providing specialist care to patients with a range of pelvic health and musculoskeletal conditions.
They are seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist with at least five years of experience including a strong MSK background, and at least 2 years specialising in womens/pelvic health physiotherapy. Experience in pre/postnatal care, pelvic health, and post:menopause rehabilitation would be advantageous.
This is an employed role with flexibility to work 16 to 28 hours per week, split across 2:3 weekdays and alternating Saturday mornings. The role offers a competitive salary of GBP36k : GBP45k (pro:rata) depending on experience and skillset.
The right candidate will be expected to deliver a high standard of patient:centred care, possess a friendly and approachable attitude and apply outstanding team:working, communication and organisational skills to your daily practice.
Main duties of the job
*To perform as an autonomous practitioner, using advanced, specialised assessment of womens health and MSK patients including those with highly complex presentations.
*To formulate a diagnosis and provide a specialist physiotherapy treatment plan using evidence based clinical reasoning.
*To act as a source of expertise and provide advice to on the management of continence and pelvic floor dysfunction
*Support and educate clients through their rehabilitation journey, empowering them with evidence:based care
*To work as part of multidisciplinary team including personal trainers, and soft tissue therapists.
*To accept clinical responsibility for own caseload and organise this efficiently and effectively with regard to clinical priorities.

Essential:
x2714; BSc in Physiotherapy : Minimum requirement (UK, AUS, NZ, SA, US:trained preferred)
x2714; HCPC and CSP registration
x2714; 5+ years post:graduate experience
x2714; Strong MSK clinical skills
x2714; 2+ years experience in womens health physiotherapy, including pelvic health, pelvic floor assessment, pregnancy/postnatal care, or menopause support
x2714; A patient:first approach to treatment
