Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a housing association, who are recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join their team on an initial temporary basis.
Office working is required 5 days a week.
Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator includes:
Providing an administrative support function to their repairs team
Liaising with customers and colleagues surrounding queries over the phone and via email
Accurately capturing and recording all compliance data in relation to gas safety, electrical safety, asbestos and fire
Providing reports
Processing invoices and Pos
Providing support at meetings
