Are you passionate about improving Mental Health services and driving meaningful change across a complex health and care system? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Mental Health Transformation Manager to join our Operations and Transformation Directorate and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our services.
You will support the Head of Transformation in delivering the Trust's transformation, improvement, and digital optimisation priorities. You will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues to map and analyse pathways, identify opportunities for standardisation and efficiency, and design improved processes that enhance patient experience and reduce unwarranted variation.
The role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to divisional transformation portfolios, including pathway redesign, productivity improvements, and the development of future state operating models. You will bring high‑quality analytical insight, programme management discipline, and a collaborative approach to ensure improvements are evidence‑based, measurable, and sustainable.

You will also help identify opportunities for digital innovation, automation, improved use of technology, ensuring transformation activity reflects national best practice, local context, and the voices of patients and staff.
