Key Responsibilities:
* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
* Seek new customers and build relationships with existing clients.
* Quote customer enquiries.
* Input customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Organise and schedule appointment and meetings.
* Support the other departments with their day-to-day duties.
The Person:
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or sales role.
* Proficiency with PC and in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
The Package:
* Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
* Onsite parking
* Monday to Thursday: 8am-5:30pm
* Friday 8am-5pm
