CADM Coordinator

iO Associates is aligned with a client who are at the forefront of innovative propulsion systems and advanced space technologies, specialising in the design and manufacture of high-performance components for commercial and governmental space missions, with an unwavering commitment to safety, sustainability, and engineering excellence.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand, the client is expanding their quality team and seeking a detail-oriented CADM to manage configuration control and technical documentation across projects and product lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and enforce configuration control for engineering drawings and documentation
* Support project teams in applying CADM processes throughout the lifecycle
* Manage configuration baselines, change control, and data consistency
* Control document creation, review, approval, release, revisioning, and archiving
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ECSS and customer standards
* Coordinate CADM systems (e.g. Windchill, SharePoint) and support audits, training, traceability, and data integrity
Key Experience:
* Hands-on experience with CADM and configuration management
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Technical or further education background
* Familiarity with aerospace/space standards (e.g. ECSS)
* Experience with Windchill and Microsoft Teams (desired)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
