Job Description:
MCS Group is supporting a large public sector organisation based in Belfast in hiring a HR Business Coordinator. The role involves supporting the Human Resource Manager(s) in managing human resources and employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. Responsibilities include conducting investigations (grievance and disciplinary), managing HR records (recruitment, discipline, sickness, leave), developing reports for management, monitoring HR performance data, and assisting in absence management and disciplinary cases.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have a 3rd-level qualification in Business Studies or Human Resource Management, experience in a unionised environment, and advice and guidance experience in key HR subjects.
