Working Hours:
This role is contracted to 8 hours per week. This will be across weekdays and weekends.
Our Mix that awaits you:
Customer Service:
1. Deliver the Haribo standards of customer service
2. Greet customers as they enter the store
3. Approach and engage customers; assist in their selection, applying product knowledge and making purchase recommendations
4. Sampling activities in and out of store
5. Process cash and card payments at the till
Retail Standards:
6. Deliver the Haribo standards of retail excellence
7. Ensure Haribo retail standards are maintained at the beginning and throughout the day
8. Products are correctly replenished, displayed and priced
9. Promotional items and offers are visible to customers and actively sold
10. Undertake daily cleaning duties within the store
Operational Standards:
11. Deliver the Haribo standards of operational excellence
12. Stock is replenished, counted, rotated and recorded correctly
13. Comply with company standards in Health & Safety, providing a safe environment for colleagues and customers
14. Understand and comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Environmental Permit as part of day to day activities
15. Complete food hygiene and handling training, ensure all food hygiene processes are followed and records completed
The Ingredients you bring with you:
16. Previous retail experience is essential
17. Online retail experience would also be beneficial
18. Experience handling cash and processing card payments
19. A desire to provide excellent customer
20. The ability to communicate well at all levels, being helpful and approachable
21. Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
