The Role
As an IDAM Solutions Architect, you will bring expertise in Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and Identity & Access Management (IDAM), ensuring adherence to best practices. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing existing JML processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide subject matter expertise in JML processes and IDAM, promoting and maintaining industry best practices.
* Analyze and evaluate current JML processes, identifying areas for optimization.
* Lead business requirements sessions with key stakeholders across departments.
* Assess and map existing business processes and workflows, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
* Develop maintain comprehensive business requirements documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and user guides.
* Create epics, features, and user stories following agile methodologies to support streamlined project delivery.
* Design and implement business process maps and flow diagrams to visualize and optimize processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and objectives.
* Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all process improvements.
* Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Extensive experience in business process consultancy or technical business analysis, with a focus on JML processes and IDAM.
* Strong understanding of cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
* Familiarity with security protocols and standards.
* Proficiency with various documentation and visualization tools.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Exceptional documentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate epics, features, user stories, and process maps.
* solid experience working in agile environments and methodologies.
* In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes.
* Technical proficiency in creating business process maps, flow diagrams, and other visual documentation tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address process gaps.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
* Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile PM, or similar are a plus.
