We’re looking for a Male Care Team Leader to join our vibrant supported living service in Wolverhampton, working alongside our Service Manager to guide a dedicated team and support adults with learning disabilities to live life to the fullest.

What You’ll Do
As a Care Team Leader, you’ll be a role model and motivator, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while supporting your team to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coaching and developing staff through supervisions, appraisals, and training
* Overseeing medication and finance audits
* Conducting health and safety checks
* Liaising with families, professionals, and external agencies
* Supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour
Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 07:00–14:30 / 14:30–22:00 / Sleep-in 22:00–07:00 (on rota)
Driving: Beneficial but not essential
On-call: Rota-based

Who We’re Looking For
Whether you’re an experienced Team Leader, a Senior Support Worker with NVQ/QCF qualifications, or a passionate Care Assistant ready to step up—we’ll support your journey.
You’ll need:
* Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
* A commitment to person-centred care
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A proactive, compassionate approach to problem-solving
