As one of the fastest-growing Colleges in the UK, Weston College offers courses from entry level to Masters degrees. Join us as a Customer Services Assistant in any of our Weston-super-Mare campuses. We have three positions available:
* 1 full-time, 37 hours per week
* 2 part-time, 25 hours per week
These roles are all year round.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a responsive reception service exceeding customer expectations and maintaining the College's reputation.
* Assist switchboard services to achieve a minimum answer rate of 95%.
* Support clerical tasks for the CIS team as needed.
* Manage communication channels including Livechat, email, and WhatsApp.
Requirements:
* Team player committed to effective collaboration within the department and college.
* Professional, warm, and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Polite, effective phone manner.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
