About the role
This is a hands on position supporting the delivery of marketing across both client campaigns and the company’s own brand.
You will be involved in turning ideas into action, keeping projects moving, supporting campaign execution and helping ensure everything produced is polished, professional and effective. You will work closely with senior marketers, creatives and digital specialists, giving you the chance to develop quickly and make a real impact from day one.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives in a busy environment and wants to be part of a team producing high quality marketing within the property sector.
What you will be doing
1. Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
2. Coordinating briefs, timelines and tasks to keep projects running smoothly
3. Writing, editing and proofreading copy for emails, social media, landing pages and print
4. Supporting content creation including blogs, case studies and wider campaign materials
5. Managing social media scheduling and assisting with creative content
6. Building and sending email campaigns while supporting list management
7. Contributing to the business’s own marketing activity, helping showcase its work, results and expertise
What we are looking for
1. Experience within a marketing role, ideally in an agency or fast paced environment
2. Strong written communication and proofreading skills
3. Good organisation with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
4. Confidence using common marketing tools such as email platforms and social scheduling systems
5. A genuine interest in marketing and what makes campaigns perform
Experience within the property sector would be useful, but it is by no means essential.
