We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the business during a critical period of change. The successful candidate will play a key role in a TUPE transfer process and provide day-to-day HR generalist support across a broad range of advisory responsibilities.
This is a full-time 3 month FTC with the opportunity for hybrid working surrounding the main project time-frame (4-5 weeks).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support on TUPE transfer activities, ensuring compliance and effective communication with all stakeholders
* Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees in a unionised environment, maintaining positive industrial relations
* Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering guidance on policies and procedures
* Manage and advise on a range of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence cases
* Work closely with line managers to ensure consistency and fairness in the application of HR policies
* Liaise with union representatives as needed, supporting consultation and negotiation processes
* Ensure accurate HR record keeping and reporting in line with internal standards and employment legislation
